The Gaiety Theatre in Brighton, not to be confused
with the Gaiety Cinema in Lewes Road, Brighton The Theatre was also known as the Royal Hippodrome for a period. According to the Theatres Trust Guide there is still a fragmant of the Theatre surviving but I have so far been unable to find out any more about this Theatre.
