The Theatre Royal Hippodrome was actually a renaming of the second Theatre Royal, Hawkins Street, Dublin during the Theatre's variety years. Unfortunately I have been unable to find precise dates for this yet but the programmes on this page are dated 1919 and I have information about others dated 1923 - 1924, and the Theatre was demolished in 1934. The Theatre was being used for Music Hall by 1906 and Variety was its successor so it's most likely to have been renamed shortly after the first world war.

The Winter Gardens was a building next door to the Theatre Royal Hippodrome.
